Madebyou Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Sale, and on the other hand, the Madebyou customer, qualified at the time of purchase of Madebyou products, hereinafter simply referred to as Customer.

Whereas Madebyou sells products and services over the internet; Considering the Customer's interest in purchasing the products offered by Madebyou ("Products") in its sales channels; The purpose of this agreement is to establish the general conditions of use and purchase of Custom Madebyou site products and services.

01. Confidentiality: It is Madeby's responsibility to preserve the confidentiality of all data and information provided by the Customer in the purchase process. The security of the site is audited daily and guaranteed against hacking through the "Shielded Site" seal.

02. Customer Service (SAC): The customer has this service to answer your questions, resolve any requests or complaints regarding your order or any content available on the site. The SAC can be triggered by phone or website form.

03. Delivery Policy: The deadline for delivery of the Products is informed during the purchase procedure, counted in business days. Deliveries of the Products are made from Monday to Friday, from 8h to 22h. Exceptionally, some Product deliveries may occur on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

03a - The verification of the suitability of the product dimensions is the responsibility of the Customer, who must ensure that they are within the spatial limits of the elevators, doors and corridors of the place of delivery. Product assembly or disassembly, transportation by ladder and / or doors and windows, or lifting of deliveries will not be performed.

03b - Up to three delivery attempts will be made at the informed location, on alternate days, with an interval of up to 48h between one delivery and another. It is essential that at the requested address, there is a person authorized by the buyer, over 18 years, and carrying identification to receive the goods and sign the delivery protocol. If there are three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the order will be returned to the Madebyou Distribution Center.

03c - After the order is finalized, it is not possible to change the payment method and / or delivery address, request advance or delivery priority.

03d - The delivery time informed during the product purchase procedure takes into account the stock, the region, the invoice issuing process and the preparation time of the product. With each update on order delivery status, the Madebyou system automatically sends alert emails to the Customer.

03e - Delivery freight amount is calculated based on the place of delivery, weight and dimensions of the Product.

03f - Madebyou does not authorize the carrier to: enter the domicile; deliver by alternative means (example: lift product by window); perform installation or maintenance of products; open product packaging; make delivery to an address other than that contained in DANFE; make delivery to minors or without identification.

03g - Madebyou is not responsible for the retention of goods at SEFAZ when it is solely due to the customer's pending issues, therefore, its attendance at the tax post is necessary for the goods to be released, considering that in these cases the information regarding Releases and payments are only passed on to interested parties.

04. Right of repentance: The Customer will be allowed to exercise the right of repentance of the purchase, with the purpose of returning the Product, in which case the following conditions must be observed: the period of withdrawal of the purchase of the product is up to 7 ( seven) calendar days from the date of receipt; In case of return, the product must be returned to Madebyou in the original packaging, accompanied by the DANFE (Electronic Invoice Auxiliary Document), the manual and all its accessories.

04a - The Customer must request the return through the Customer Service (SAC) or directly at the Control Panel, under the topic "cancel order". Costs incurred in collecting or posting the Product will be borne by Madebyou.

04b - Upon arrival of the product to the Distribution Center, Madebyou will verify that the above conditions have been met. If so, it will provide a refund of the full purchase price.

04c - In credit card purchases, the card administrator will be notified and the chargeback will occur on the next or subsequent invoice at one time, regardless of the number of installments used in the purchase. The reimbursement term and collection of the remaining installments after the full reversal of the Product value on Customer's credit card by Madebyou is the responsibility of the card administrator.
